Governing Documents Control: Association actions related to occupancy, leasing, vehicles, pets, and communications are subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Articles, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations, as amended (“Governing Documents”), and applicable Florida law. Tenant / Lease Disclosure Notice
(Florida HOA – Delinquent Assessments)
If the property is tenant-occupied and the owner becomes delinquent in assessments, Florida law permits the Association (under statutory conditions and proper notice) to demand rent payments from a tenant to satisfy the delinquency, and provides specific tenant protections/immunity for rent paid to the Association after proper demand.
